Steading for Re-development · Would Suit various Uses · Next to New Aldi Store ·
With a resident population of 7,853, Crieff is the largest town in the Strathearn area (population 11,100) and is situated only 16 miles west of Perth. The popular town is very well located for easy access to the wider area via the A85 and the nearby A9 (10 miles).
The property is situated on the southern edge of the town in an area which has seen significant development over recent years. The new primary and secondary schools with the Strathearn Campus recreation centre including sports pitches, squash courts and swimming pool are located very close-by.
A new Aldi supermarket is being built adjacent to the property and will provide a significant draw of customers to the location. The neighbouring site is also the subject of plans for further retail development which include a new petrol filling station.
In terms of planning, the steading is listed and requires to be refurbished. Interested parties should satisfy themselves as regards intended uses for the site. However we believe it lends itself to various uses such as office, studio, creche etc and will benefit from the high levels of customers visiting the area each day.
